* Lowland flooding highest threat through 7 PM.

* Damaging wind threat with storms from 2 PM to 7 PM with gusts up to 70 mph.
**A few tornadoes possible, especially in northern Kentucky.

Greatest threat of severe storms including possible tornadoes is far southern Ohio, southeast Indiana, and northern Kentucky.

* Strong winds behind storms are expected from 4 PM through 4 AM Saturday, especially in northern Kentucky.

Confidence is medium for flooding and damaging wind and tornado threat/location.

Confidence is low for the heavy snow forecast over far northwest Ohio.
